sprouted wheat flour in the past year - tasty, and much easier to digest than regular flour.
Instead, I was happy to discover that King Arthur
Sprouted Wheat Flour offers a sprouted and milled wheat flour.
Sprouted wheat flour yields a well - rounded and moderately sweet flavor and is a one - for - one replacement for whole wheat in application formulas.
If you use
sprouted wheat flour, it won't be gluten - free...
... except that I use
all sprouted wheat flour — even for my sourdough starter.
I make all my bread with
