sprouts quinoa before using it?

I can not have gluten of coarse, but also am now allergic to oats and need to
sprout any grain
before eating it (rice,

A lot of recipes for breakfast porridge suggest you soak your oatmeal overnight or that you soak your
quinoa for two hours or longer so it can
sprout before cooking.
