the sprouts on the mandolin I sliced way too many because they made such a pretty pile of fluffy greens.

sprouts into thin shreds.
I like to have the small ones that you get here (in Holland)
on the market and I am very tempted to try this lovely salad though I fear for my fingers when using the
mandolin with the tiny
sprouts: — RRB - Combined with apple is a extremely nice and almost classic combination.
