After, empty the mixture into a kitchen towel and
squeeze out all of the liquid.
The key is to
squeeze out all of that liquid for sure.
Wrap towel around spinach and
squeeze out all of the liquid remaining in the thawed spinach.

Another trick I did was put the apple grates in my nut milk bag and
squeezed the
liquid out from there and it gave me 8 oz
of fresh apple juice!!
Once the bag is partially drained,
squeeze the rest
of the
liquid out with your hands.

Mine was a bit watery like the previous poster mentioned, but I think I should have
squeezed the excess
liquid out of the squash before adding it.

Two things I think could help — making sure to ring
out the excess
liquid in the zucchini (after grating it) by
squeezing it through a cheesecloth or towel and also adding a bit
of flour (quinoa flour for example) to the mixture should help these stay together.
