It's amazing what some developers can
squeeze out of the console.

Somehow Nintendo managed to
squeeze every drop
of power
out of the 3DS and deliver a close to
console experience as possible; although it still feels like an appetizer to the Wii U version.
Both the PS4 and Xbox One are into that wonderful point in a
console's lifecycle where the tech has been mastered and developers are
squeezing every ounce
of power they can
out of them, releasing some
of the best works
of the generation.
And yet here they are, still trying to
squeeze some profit
out of that crap, by re-porting it to Nintendo's new
console, two gens later.

When it comes to
console support, there's a pretty established formula: release hardware revisions every few years, and let developers
squeeze out every last drop
of power before moving onto the next iteration.

of digital downloads and online marketplaces being easily accessible on our
consoles, game publishers are all too happy to re-release a classic in hopes
of squeezing a few more dollars

of the most anticipated video games
of this year and maybe even the past several years, BioShock Infinite, is coming
out tomorrow and will

consoles of this generation to the fullest.
These virtual
console releases are particularly interesting to family gamers like us because we may very well have kids who have
squeezed all the juice
out of Pokémon Sun and Moon and might be hungry for something else.
Even as the
console began to grow long in the teeth, developers kept finding ways to
squeeze more and more
out of the system.
From what I can tell the voice acting at least for the native Japanese is spot on & the monsters all sound crisp, it really has benefited being on a home
console with Blu Ray as they can really
squeeze everything
out of the audio.

consoles are worried that the relaunch schedule
of the Playstation Store may
squeeze out some attention to upcoming game releases.
