squeezing more words out of each day: using voice recognition software.

squeezed right out of the middle.
Mobile
and tablet readers are
more time -
squeezed than ever, so unknown
authors have less time to capture
and maintain reader interest.
Legacy publishers are
more than glad to
squeeze their suppliers —
authors and artists — so I have no problem at all seeing Amazon —
and others — try to
squeeze them in return.
Not so much
squeezing authors or consumers...
more becoming a natural monopoly for publishing related advertising based both on availability of advertising space
and on available customer data... or effectively claiming about 15 - 30 % % of the book market for free.
As paper sales dwindle
and their monopoly on distribution ends,
and more and more authors leave legacy to self - pub, publishers will
squeeze the suppliers (
authors) they still have.

So they are using their market leverage to scrape
and gut suppliers, demanding
more and more fees
and greater share of the proceeds to the point that publishers
and authors can't make profits once Amazon takes their cut — they are
squeezing.
Accommodations are always a
squeeze and this year had
more authors than ever.
