Samsung is already in the process of testing the Android 8.0 Oreo beta for the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 + with
a stable version expected to hit the devices by February.
The company did not indicate when will the first public beta for Android 8.0 Oreo - powered MIUI be available, nor when is
a stable version expected, but we're probably looking at an early 2018 release.
In fact, Sony and LG have already rolled out the update to these devices, but Samsung is still carrying on with beta tests, with
the stable version expected to come in the coming weeks.
Not exact matches
Later this decade, a junior
version of the Panamera (called the Pajun for now) is
expected to join the
stable at Porsche.
Of course the present updated is a beta one, the
stable and official
version of the CM 10.1 software being still
expected by all of us.
That means Chromebook users won't see a
stable version just yet, but given Google's track record, it's a pretty safe bet to
expect it to go live in about three to four months.
In short, the
version of Android 7.1.1 Nougat rolling out to Xperia X users is still in beta and as a result,
expect it to come with bugs and errors, all of which should be reported back to Sony for improvement of the software before rolling out a
stable version.

stable and the final

The beta has been around for months now and in fact, many are
expecting that Google will unveil a
stable version of the OS during this event.
Face Unlock is
expected to arrive to all OnePlus 3 and 3T units via a
stable update in the near future, while the OnePlus 5 already received it via a beta update, and it is
expected to hit a
stable version of OxygenOS soon as well.
Even though geeky users have already found a way to get this feature to work on their Nexus 6P handsets, the update to Android 7.1 Nougat is
expected to bring a
stable version of the same.
Of course the present updated is a beta one, the
stable and official
version of the CM 10.1 software being still
expected by all of us.
Google is
expected to unveil the
stable version of Android Nougat this August or September and follow the release with the announcement of two more Nexus devices believed to be codenamed Marlin and Sailfish.
Even though we don't have a specific date as to when OnePlus will start rolling out the
stable version of Oreo to OnePlus 3 and 3T, the Chinese OEM has just talked up the
expected launch and release dates for Android Oreo open beta and
stable version for the OnePlus 5, which was unveiled in June 2017.
The beta itself is
expected to last for at least several months, with ZTE previously saying it's planning to begin distributing a
stable version of Android 8.0 Oreo to Axon 7 units in the United States no earlier than April.
As at the time of this writing, OnePlus 3 and 3T are already installed with Android Oreo
stable and the newer OnePlus 5 and 5T are
expected to receive the
stable version in the coming weeks, if not days.
We don't know when OnePlus plans to roll out the
stable version of Android Oreo to OnePlus 3 and 3T, but we
expect it to happen soon.
The 18.0
version of the service is code - named Leia and there's still no official word on how long its development is
expected to take until the new software is finalized and rolled out to the
stable channel.
Android O, which is also Android 8.0, is the next
version of Android and the
stable version is
expected to be available on Monday, August 21st after the name is unveiled during this event in New York City.
While the final,
stable build of the software is likely to include a wide variety of features that still haven't been announced, the initial experimental
version of Android P already reveals many new functionalities users can
expect from Google's new take on a contemporary mobile experience, provided app developers opt to utilize them.
A
stable version of Android 8.0 Oreo is
expected to start hitting Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus units by February, which is also when the company should start an Oreo beta program for the Galaxy Note 8.
