good stairs workout... think again.

If done with a high enough intensity,
stairs workouts help to create changes throughout your entire body due to the muscle building and fat burning hormonal response and metabolism increase that you get through working the biggest muscle groups in your entire body.
I love lower
body stair workouts even more because the step adds a nice amount of resistance without having to use any weights.
I'll substitute that for
the stair workout and finish up with my stabilization / injury prevention stuff during down time, or when I get home from work.
