stakes assessments designed by PARCC and SBAC currently being administered in several states.

The trick is to lower the
stakes for each particular
assessment and to incorporate multiple
assessments as part of the course
design.
The Report Card and anything built on a similar template is not intended for or
designed to be a high -
stakes assessment.
