You'll see in the video that I started using my immersion
blender but I found that transferring it to a
stand blender resulted in a creamier sauce, so I'd recommend
doing it that way (or maybe my immersion
blender is just crap).

stand mixer, gave up on that and then tried the old fashioned pastry
blender, which
did not work because of the coconut.

stand mixer, so I've bought whipped cream cheese and mixed all in
blender (cream cheese should be added last).
we don't have a fancy
stand blender, but i'm not much of a baker - i love my handheld one!
