This is
standard practice as with most free trials, but there are also some
phone chat lines that do not require your credit card details until you make your decision as to when to become a full - paying member.
We would have liked to see some sort of
phone support or live
chat support, but we understand those are an industry
standard and are only things we see occasionally.
Commercial options are pretty
standard in that they allow you to do videoconferencing, share a desktop; dial in with a

chats; integrate landline audio conferencing; conduct polling; share files; have unlimited webinars per month; archive webinars; and all provide technical support.

I've talked with three separate customer support folks, by
