The
paper describes how
standard molecular biology techniques, like polymerase chain
reaction (PCR), molecular cloning, and whole genome amplification (WGA), allows people with fairly rudimentary biological knowledge to synthesise DNA and apply it to surfaces.
This
paper has sought to address this gap in the literature by highlighting the range of trauma
reactions (beyond the
standard definition of PTSD), the characteristics of a trauma - informed program, and how to use the program in an intentional way to address potential impairments in youth resulting from trauma, such as self - efficacy, self - esteem, and interpersonal relationships.
