children's issues in family and dependency (
abuse and neglect) cases, is helpful in trying to resolve
children's issues based on what is best
for the
child - which is the legal
standard under Florida law, and in litigating these issues when we need to go to trial.
In short, the best interest of the
child standard is inherently broad and adaptable, and, as such, is ripe
for abuse.
