I've played a few

Mid-battle cutscenes also flow better than before, such as cameras focusing on areas of interest mid-battle, and meetings with certain generals happening
in a more realistic way; while
in the old
games you would sometimes see your
character interacting with a general on the other side of the map during a cutscene, this doesn't tend to happen now, some scenes flowing back into gameplay with your
character standing in front of the officer they were speaking to, rather than suddenly finding yourself back on the other side of the map as though nothing had happened.

I got them, played them, finished them and so on, however, silent hill really
stood out for me due to the ambiguity of its surroundings, the focus on psychological horror which was unheard of
in games at the time, eerie soundtrack, disturbing environments, the amazing puzzles, the unforgettable scenes such as when Lisa was bleeding off to death due to Samael's possession and the fact that the hell the
character was experiencing didn't have much explanation at the time and that added to the appeal of the
game.

One of the defining parts of Sun and Moon was the
character Lillie, who the player travels with and sees develop and grow from being a timid, powerless girl into a confident
character willing to take on her fears and even
stand up to her abusive mother (it's never described as such, but yeah, there's straight up abuse via child neglect and verbal assault
in these
games).
Now it's not that I'm a killjoy, some of my favourite
games deal with adult themes, but when this is a 16 - rated
game (it has been an 18 - rated
game in previous forms) that aims its humour at those at the lower end of the puberty scale (there are trophies for
standing in poo and tipping strippers) it begs the question whether the Duke really is a parody of the action heroes of the Eighties and Nineties as many people believe him to be or just a poorly - judged lead

I'm not one to respond back to comments but to say Horizon Zero Dawn didn't earn all those awards
in my eyes they deserved more they delivered on every aspect of the
game, come on the
game was so good and unique that it caught the eye of the great Hideo Kojima let's say this again the Great Hideo Kojima and now he's teamed up and working with gorilla
games on his Death Stranding project after that I need say anymore but one thing when it comes to all time classics I put this
game in my top 3 story mode
games of all time and this
game ain't even called a classic yet but you'll see
in due time this
game stands up to great
games like God of War, The Last of Us and Uncharted just to name a few and if real hardcore
gamers are out there they would agree with this statement, so
in closing I don't think you really took the time to let this
game absorb and immerse you
in all its richness and fluidity of gameplay and
character movement and mind you I didn't even add the beautiful Frozen Wilds Dlc which was breathtaking and masterfully done and crafted this
game is original.
