variety of dark green vegetables (broccoli, greens, spinach, romaine lettuce), orange vegetables (carrots, pumpkin, sweet potato, winter squash), dry beans and peas,
starchy vegetables (corn, green peas,
white potatoes), and other vegetables (cauliflower, celery, cucumbers, tomatoes, zucchini) each week.
