Today I am doing a Colorful Skeleton Makeup Tutorial which was inspired by pop art makeup looks and Vincent Van Gogh
starry night painting where Van Gogh used a technique called the impasto technique.

At least that's the view of a team of physicists led by Jose Luis Aragon of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, who analysed several of Van Gogh's later
