starting eating whole «clean» foods, and enjoying my «cheat» meals once or twice a week.
My weight
started at 249 lb, I was eating around (well I think I was) 1300 cals per day and I
started working out 4 times a week, by doing cardio and resistance training, also
started free weights and
zumba class.
He is also in loved with sports, any kind of sports
starting with running, fitness,
zumba, martial arts (judo and jiu jitsu) and last but not least body building.
I have
started doing the
Zumba fitness workout and love it... I also like hanging w friends going to movies, any outdoor activity I'm down for... I like to go out to the club every once in a while..
