starting to have issues with her
naps being short (i.e. 40 - 50minutes) or intermittantly not
napping at all (just lays
in her
crib) when she usually has taken 1 to 2 hour
naps until now.
We
started doing CIO for her
naps a week ago
in her
crib and she has done remarkably well.
9:00 am: Leah
starts to get her crank on, so I put her down
in her
crib without a pacifier to take her first morning
nap.
I say «ish» because she has been playing

start of this

nap routine — changes diaper, reads a book, sings a lullaby, and puts him
in his

started this more rigorous schedule around 3 months and always try to make sure I am home at these times so Elle can
nap in her

started waking
in the night again by having her
nap in her
crib and once she got comfortable with that made the switch.
