I've
talked at length in the past
about why intuitive cooking is so important, and just because you
start with a base
recipe doesn't mean you aren't experimenting.
Before I jump right into all the yummy things we can make with sweetened condensed milk (don't even get me
started, just stay tuned because I have some ridiculous
recipes in the works), let's first
talk a little bit
about how to make this delicious baking elixir.

start thinking, «Wait, if I hang out with her for another hour, could I actually become a good cook?»

recipes from her new cookbook, Superfoods Superfast, for us on Facebook Live.
I was reminded that when I
started introducing whole milk and honey to my baby girl I made her a
recipe of «Golden Milk tea» practically what your
talking about except a hinch of spices, * Tumeric / Cinnamon, (Warm milk and honey) not only is it delicious but its super healthy for anyone and all ages.
When I first
started, my blog was really just a place where I could review and
talk about the
recipes that I had made.
