I work Pm shift
so my day
starts at around 11 am, I get up take a pre workout with a dash of mct oil as I'm following a cyclic
keto diet & i workout shortly thereafter 4 about 45 mins of low weights & high reps. I break th fast around 1.45 pm with an amino boosted protein drink (35g).
