smoothies when it's cold outside, but

as spring hits, I
start dreaming of
smoothies.

smoothie in the morning is incredible too
as it
starts you off on the right track for a positive day, while giving you an abundance of goodness and energy.
Actually I'm new on healthy lifestyle and I was dying for a recipe to

start of a healthier me and to date have only been following your delicious breakfast ideas (so
as to really make it a true lifestyle change and not a fad «diet») but I do plan to incorporate your

as I am?!?! Before I became vegan, I would frequently have the Mind Over Matcha
smoothie from Booster Juice, and then switched to soy matcha lattes from Starbucks, but stopped when it
