I started eating butter and cooking in Lard about 8 months ago.

I thought it wouldn't hurt to try so I
started adding a tablespoon of coconut
butter to my smoothies (which is amazing) and
eating more flax, avocado, nut
butter and tahini, and the different nuts / seeds for each cycle phase.
Seriously, quick: you can
start with cold
butter and be
eating muffins within an hour.
I think we were both surprised that simply tossing some beans in lemon and
butter would be what made him
