starter with buckwheat and brown rice flour as you advised.

In fact, recipe will work
with any gluten free sourdough
starter you want (
buckwheat, oatmeal, rice, corn, qinua..)
My sourdough
starter is currently made
with 1 part brown rice flour, 1 part light
buckwheat flour and 2 parts water (measured in weight) since I've found that it makes great bread.
For this
starter I've used organic dark
buckwheat flour but you could try
with other flours as well.
My sourdough
starter is 100 % hydration (50 % water, 50 % flour, measured in weight) and it's made
with 2 parts water, 1 part brown rice flour and 1 part
buckwheat flour and the
buckwheat flour can be replaced
with any kind of flour like sorghum, millet, teff, quinoa etc..
Can you make the
starter with gluten free flour like
buckwheat?
