start taking these to work as a
mid morning and
afternoon snack!!
Since you don't want to completely exhaust her (overtired babies are THE WORST), I wouldn't do this allllll day, but maybe
start pushing for more awake time in the
mid - to late
afternoon and early evening.
Almost everyday... not all day but at some point
mid afternoon onwards I
start feeling discombobulated, uncomfortable, weak and a little anxious... electrolytes, more fat or calories i tweaked everything to no avail.
I take it first thing in the morning and my energy levels are constant throughout the day — unlike previously where I'd
start to flag around
mid afternoon.
With the Racetrack section
starting to fire off some nice tube rides toward
mid afternoon.
But this also changed by
mid morning when the cloud
started to drift in and the sky blacken and drop some heavy rain through the
afternoon.
