Ben: Yeah, I'm a bigger fan of not eating so much that you start to put on a gut, and this is kinda like finding that balance
because if you eat a lot of food you're gonna put on muscle even more quickly, you're gonna
stay in that anabolic state more readily but you also risks some of it getting turn into fat so I'm a bigger fan of sacrificing your rate of muscle gain if you can
stay lean while at the same time that you're putting on muscle.
