I had forgotten how good a basic
steak marinade could be.
Just marinate the mushrooms in a large sealable plastic bag in olive oil, salt, pepper and any herbs and spices you want for about an hour (or use a vegetarian - friendly
steak marinade).
I have a few flank
steak marinades that I love, but this one is particularly my favorite because it reminds me of our family trip to Greece.
I don't have a ton to say about this, because it really is the best effing

You don't have to
marinade the
steak at all, but it really does taste better the longer you
marinade it.
Combine
steak and
