The
veg might be any combination of potatoes, carrots, squash and onions
roasted, with any combination of brussel sprouts, cabbage, brocolli and broad beans either
steamed or tossed in melted butter in a pan until they start to blacken.
But feel free to use whatever
veg you have and love, and to even
steam the florets rather than
roasting for quicker preparation too.
This versatile
veg is perfect in smoothies for breakfast, massaged with olive oil and lemon juice for a base salad and
steamed with quinoa,
roasted butternut squash and spicy tempeh for a hearty vegan dinner.
