Nokia 8 Sirocco looks like a premium phone, and a glossy one at that, thanks to its stainless
steel chassis along with 3D glass on the back and front for a unique look.

It has the same front suspension and transverse - engined mechanical layout and the
steel chassis is nearly identical back to the B - pillar, but there's a completely new rear structure that extends the Sport's length (by 91 mm) and wheelbase (by 80 mm) and introduces a sophisticated new multi-link rear suspension which,
along with the extra length, helps preserve interior space.
Beneath the restyled metal skin, the
chassis is all new with an exotic blend of high strength, hot and cold formed
steels, as well as other alloys and a small band of composite plastic
along the rear section of the roofline.
This technology,
along with the use of newly developed ultra-high-strength
steels, allows much of the
chassis and body to be constructed from thinner and lighter parts without any loss in strength.
HMD has opted for glass on 95 percent of the Nokia 8 Sirocco, with a tiny stainless -
steel chassis than runs
along the sides.
