Recipe: In a coffee or glass measuring cup, heat water and
steep the tea bags for at least 5 minutes.
Pour the milk into a small bowl and
steep the tea bag for 10 minutes.

Along with buying a huge water bottle after security, I bring a few sleepy - time
tea bags with me on the flight, then ask the flight attendant for hot water and
