I substituted two single serving packages of
stevia for the honey and mixed everything in the Vitamix.
I calculated and got 86 but I substituted
stevia for honey and halved the banana - plenty of banana flavor!

I'm not a fan of the after taste of
stevia and I have substituted
honey for sugar in baking before and it never has the right amount of sweetness which is why I subbed maple syrup and I» m so glad I did.
However, since this recipe calls
for stevia, I suggest you use raw
honey instead.

We've found that you shouldn't use more than 15 drops of
stevia for every tablespoon of
