While she's probably not wrong in that it's likely hovering near the end - point, I would like to just take a moment to point
out that most
of this whole affair has been fuelled by weak -
sauce allegations and conflated facts, and this particular air
of desperation as people keep flinging the equivalent
of spaghetti against a wall in the hope that something inevitably
sticks.
This recipe is inspired by the Olive Garden dish
of the same name, and it's one
of my favorite dishes to order there (you know, when I actually want something other than just bread
sticks and alfredo dipping
sauce, because I can totally make a meal
out of that).

sauces a day ahead
of time,
stick them in the fridge, and then pull them
out when your guests arrive!
When I eat raviolis, I like
sticking to lighter toppings and
sauces too in order to let the ravioli flavor come
out — these bowls
of raviolis look awesome.
