It'll keep you in ketosis but you're going to make it that much harder on yourself when really you could have a couple more carbs and
still be in ketosis.
I can eat up to 40 - 50 g net carbs and
still be in ketosis but I'm quite active.

Oatmeal

's been about 7 months since my body
was last
in ketosis, and I
'm happy to say I've maintained a healthy lifestyle and have
still been able to lose even more fat just by working out and knowing what I

is still in ketosis because of the composition of the breast milk.
During the following week, I went down to 78.4, but my weight went back up until my next weight
in at 79.1 I did cheat last weekend, to
be completely honest, but I cheated on milk and peanut butter (not a large amount though) and
was still in ketosis the next day (I use ketostix).
