Even though I know better than to reach
for food when I have a
craving, if I'm being honest, I'm
still human and I do it.
I
still want to enjoy the last days of summer, but some days have already been so cold and rainy, I can't help it to be
craving for some warming comfort
food.
I suppose it doesn't make sense to have a lunch truck in downtown Valley City where there is
still at least a foot of snow and no one ever walks anywhere, none the less I
still miss really tasty, cheap
food, and my most recent
craving has been
for falafel.
I'm not hungry, the carb
cravings went away after only like 4 days and although I
still miss eating some
foods, esp when I see other people eating them, I mostly miss it
for social reasons like «Hey lets go out and get an ice cream after we see fireworks» type deal.
Plenty of people have recorded weight gains on a whole
foods diet, and while a bag of fresh cherries might not hit you in the exact same way as its carb equivalent in powdered sugar, it'll
still spike your blood sugar, kick you out of ketosis and give you
cravings for even more carbs.

food promoters should try it on themselves, nothing but raw
food for 10 years, and only then tell others about it, IF they are
still 100 % healthy and have no
cravings for other
food.
But if you managed to keep a raw
food diet
for more than 2 - 3 months and
still experience cooked
food cravings, give this trick a try.
If they are

foods they react to, the
cravings for alcohol will not fully subside.
I have a huge weak spot
for takeaway
food and
crave it like crazy, so we started to meal plan healthy recipes that we

still having a problem weaning themselves from sugar, JJ Virgin, whom Dr. P has featured in the past, recently gave a presentation where she suggested that
foods with a sour taste can quickly squelch a sugar
craving — she mentioned sauerkraut, kimchee and similar
foods, which also offer the benefits of fermented
foods.
