But today in countries all over the world Christians are
still dying for their faith.

Many of the things I
still believe in I first learned in that modest Baptist community of
faith: that Jesus loves me and
died on the cross
for my sins; that the Bible is the totally true and trustworthy Word of God; that all human beings are made in the image of God and are infinitely precious in his sight.
Holly its not about how we feel its the decision you made to accept Jesus so you are saved and you are now part of Gods family and the body of Christ. The enemy likes to play mind games to make us doubt our
faith especially as a new believer. The word tells us that when we believe in Jesus we are saved.John 3:16 Personally i do nt believe we can lose that as it is a free gift not based on what we do right or do wrong. As he

Funny how star gazing gives one awe and a sense of eternity and in my case it removes the hope of heaven... i.e. there is no heaven, just space with gazeous substance... a place where it is childish and absurd to think we are going when we
die... Our solar system / galaxy seem empty of organic life altogether... actually inorganic seems to be the norm... so my
faith struggle of the week is how can I possibly believe in after life... when reality shows me decomposition of all that we are, scientific observation does not allow room
for a «spirit body» to rise and go in some nebulae... So why do I
still need to believe despite this raw evidence... I drive me crazy sometimes...
The fact is that your
faith makes no sense — you belive that a god came down and
died for our sins, that he was all powerful (so could not
die), and that he
still lives (hence no real sacrifice anyway)-- this is utter nonsense and anyone with an IQ greater than 50 should realize it!
Faith = the ability to believe in something in spite of the fact that science can PROVE what you believe in is impossible (it is absolutely impossible
for a human being to
die, be dead
for 3 days and rise from the dead,
still haven't been able to get someone to walk on water, and if I could turn water into wine, I'd work from home).
