One of the things I hate most is when a fitness professional either brags about eating pizza and still having abs or they preach to people that they can
still eat crap and lose weight.
It is entirely possibly to eat «vegan» or «vegetarian» and
still eat CRAP foods.
So I do 20 minutes twice a day or 40 minutes once a day 4 days a week and I'm losing weight
STILL eating CRAP!

still eat a lot of unhealthy, processed, energy-less
crap!
There are people who think they
eat «very low carb» but they
still eat bread and other
crap T2's shouldn't be
eating.
Sometimes I feel like I don't fit in the fitness blogging world (I
eat a lot of
crap and I'm not really fussed about what I look like, more fussed about how much I can deadlift) but I think the beauty of the fitness world in general is that you can be anyone from anywhere and you're
still welcome.
There are now many vegan junk and processed foods on the market, enabling anyone to
eat crap and
still be vegan.
You can cut out gluten and
still eat a load of processed
crap.
Re: the direct - to - keto route If you go on Reddit (R / ketorecipes), you'll see scads of people who are willingly
eating keto, but they're
still buying
crap off the shelves, and hollering for more... THEY WANT THEIR CONVENIENCE, and that's what will be their undoing.
I'm
still angry at Microsoft for all the bull
crap we've been made to
eat.
