I am
still getting to
grips with this program.
If I, for example, do pullups on mondays and
get stuck on close
grip pullups, not being able to add more reps, I may throw in a set of very high rep australian pullups on wednesday or a few sets of low rep very wide
grip pullups on friday while
still feeling fresh after my squats.
As you're doing the exercise, on every rep you're going to be shifting your
grip outwards... just a little on every rep until you
get as far out as you can while
still performing reps.. When you hit this widest point, you'll then start moving your hands back inwards (until you
get to the point where it's almost a close -
grip push - up, then go back outwards again).
If you wrap straps around the bar you can essentially
get into the same position with your arms as in the Clean
grip and it
still offers the same benefits.
I named it Forearm Training instead of
