Yeah, I went with a relatively small amount of dough on this one, since it can easily be doubled, and it
still makes a nice amount of
crackers with just 1 cup of flour.
Once I started The Broken Bread, I
made a graham
cracker crust, marshmallow meringue pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving — and I
still think it's one of the tastiest things I've ever
made.

cracker dehydrated by someone in - house and it does have a little olive oil, but would
still make a much healthier and very yummy topping for this!!!! Can not wait to try!
Well, I don't have sweet tooth & I don't like cheese cake,
still I ended up eating a big piece after baking this one, which says it all:)-RRB- I
made couple of changes, used 2 blocks of fat free & 1 block of 1/3 fat cream cheese & I did not get cake chocolate graham
cracker crumbs, so used regular graham
cracker crumbs.
I tried to
make them healthy — organic cheese sticks, apple slices, bananas, small bags of whole grain
crackers, but they were
still snacks and they were
still filling.
Last year I created a low carb version that was delicious, but
still required baking to
make the «graham
cracker» crumbs.
Even though they are
made from whole - wheat flour, integral
crackers and cookies are
still crackers and cookies, so they have minimal benefits for you compared to other ingredients which contain less fat and no added sugar.
