restricts dietary fat intake.
Thankfully those of us
on a
restricted diet can
still enjoy a fun day at the faire with our friends, family, and a full belly.

diets that temporarily
restrict grains to heal the gut, bulgur wheat is
still wheat,
still contains gluten, and is
still a grain.
