I have 2 cats & 3 litter boxs & I change the whole litter box every time it's used but my one cat will
still pee where he wants, usually just outside the box!
We raised the food dish higher up, and now they just jump up onto it and
still pee in it or over the edge and sometimes onto each other.
However, we must also recognize that
they still pee and poop and will go wherever they find a great spot for a litter box.

It's basically a method to keep that toilet from being freezing cold, while
still getting that
pee / poo in the potty without having to run a heater in your bathroom all night long.
Any disposable diaper, even those claiming that they are «natural» and free of chemicals, are
still bad for the environment, not because of the chemicals, but because of the plastic that keeps the
pee and poop in the diaper.
