I just made the chocolate cake recipe for the 2nd time this time with magic loaf pans & the cake
still stuck to the pan!

I find with stainless
pans you
still need something
to make sure things don't
stick x
It break apart easily when i flipped it and tend
to stick to the
pan, but it was
still yummy!
With the
pan still over medium heat, scrape the bottom of the
pan with a metal spatula
to loosen the burnt drippings that are
stuck to the bottom.
Pour the batter into the cake
pan and bake for about 50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the centre is firm but
still moist (use a wooden
stick to check donness).
You're just wiping it off with a paper towel so you'll probably
still have enough residue left on the
pan to prevent
sticking.
If the meat is
still tough (doesn't start
to fall apart when you
stick the fork in the middle) return the
pan to the oven and roast for another hour.
It looked perfect when I pulled my my cast iron
pan out of the oven - until I realized that the bread has
stuck so badly that I'm
still working
to get it out.
I
still had issues with the cakes
sticking to pans, despite generous oil and flour (and non
stick pans), and letting them sit overnight, but I can't bake anything without it
sticking... I am baking - challenged in that regard.
It
stuck to the bottom of the
pan, but it was
still very good.
Pour reserved fat and any fat
still in skillet (don't forget
to scrape out the crispy bits
stuck to the bottom of the
pan) over carrots, season with salt and pepper, and toss
to coat.
Add pork, cinnamon
stick, and 1 thyme sprig
to pan and cook, turning pork once, until steaks are browned on both sides but
still pink in the center, 3 — 4 minutes per side.
When I made the recipe I sprayed the
pans with Pam but the cake
still stuck to the bottom.
The easiest way
to remove your corn from the cob: Leave the stalk piece attached (if it is
still there) and
stick it in the center of a bundt
pan.
I just made these and loved the flavor, but unfortunately even under low - medium heat the pancakes completely
stuck to the
pan and kind of formed into a mush (
still very edible though!)
