Tim i found it liberating
to just do what the Lord wants you
to do i work within his boundarys and yes i attend church and enjoy it.I love the people and i love hearing the word and worshipping the Lord even if others are
still bound
up with traditions thats not my walk thats theres. My focus is
to do what the Lord wants me
to do.There have been times i have said no
to the pastor he does nt understand why i choose not
to lead the worship.i query him as well regarding the idea that its not just performing a function because there is a need our hearts have
to be in the right place so that the Lord can use us but he did nt understand where i was coming from and thats okay because of that i just said no until my heart is right i am better not being involved in leading. But i am happy
to be an encouragement
to others in the worship team i havent wanted
to be the leader i have done that in the past.So my focus has been just the singing and being part of different worship teams i think the Lord has other plans as the groups i am in seem
to be changing at the same time i am aware that i do nt
to worry about change as the Lord knows whats best.I used
to be quite comfortable leading the music but that was before when i was operating in my own self confidence and pride. The Lord did such a huge change in my life that i lost my self confidence and that is not a bad thing at all as my spiritual growth has been incredible. The big change was my identity moved from me and what i could do
to knowing who i was in Christ and that he is my strength and confidence. Now i know that without him i can do nothing in fact i am dependent on his empowerment through his holy spirit all the time in everything. In the weekend i was asked
to lead the music at another church i attend multiple churchs although i attend two regularly one has services in the morning and one has services in the evening so the two do nt really clash. In the weekend i was asked
to lead the music its been two
years since i did that and i was worried on how i would go.All i can say is that it went really well and because i stepped out in Faith the Lord really blessed the morning
to the congregation. The difference is knowing that i serve the Lord with the gifts he has given me but my heart has
to be right and when i do it in his way it builds
up the body and it brings glory
to him.May the Lord continue
to show you what he wants you
to do even though others may not understand your reasons i just want you
to know that you do nt have
to pull away completely just work within the boundarys that the Lord gives you and do nt feel pressured by others expectations
to do anything that feel uncomfortable.Be involved just as you feel lead by the holy spirit even if it is in a very minor way
take small steps.regards brentnz

Up front we have a few world - class players surrounded by some serious pretenders... Sanchez is by far the most accomplished player in our attack but the controversy surrounding his contractual mishandling could see him go before the window closes or most definitely by season's end... obviously a mistake by both parties involved, as Sanchez's exploits have never been more on display than in North London, but the club's irresponsible wage structure and lack of real intent have been the real undoing in this mess... Lacazette, who I think has some world - class skills as a front man, will only be as good as the players and system around him, which is troubling due to our current roster and Wenger's love of sideways passing... Walcott should have been sold years ago, enough said, and Welbeck should never have been brought in from the get - go... both of these players have suffered numerous injuries over their respective careers and neither are good enough to overcome such difficulties: not to mention, they both are below average first - touch players, which should be the baseline test for any player coming to a Wenger - led Arsenal team... Perez should have been played wide left or never purchased at all; what a huge waste of time and money, which is ridiculous considering our penny pinching ways and the fact that fans had been clamoring for a real striker for years... finally Giroud, the fact that he stills wears the jersey is a direct indictment of this club's failure to get things right... this isn't necessarily an attack on Giroud because I think he has some highly valued skills, but not for a team that has struggled to take their sideways soccer to the next level, as his presence slows their game even more, combined with our average, at best, finishing skills... far too often those in charge have either settled or chosen half - measures and ultimately it is us that suffer because no matter what happens Wenger, Gazidis and Kroenke will always make more money whereas we will always be the ones paying for their mistakes... so every time someone suggests we should just shut - up and support the team just think of all the sacrifices you've made along the way and simply reply... f *** o

For past 6/7
years Wenger has been
taking gullible as well as forgiving fans for a ride
to the promise land but he never quit reaches the destination and all because he never fully fills
up the petrol tank, or carries a spare tyre or spare parts or looses he way as he
still relies on outdated 1998 AA Map and stubbornly refuses listen

Most should be sold off or go I feel we gave build a great club on quick sand Over the past 10
years The old board sold us out and
took the money and ran The new board just keep
taking the money Problem is when aw does
to leave or get pushed we
still have people at the top who do nt seem
to care for us Things and personnel are being put in place now but the damage is done I soooo fear from us as we are slipping from top 4
to top 7 I look at pool and feel a bit envious They were so far behind us a few seasons ago and now they seem a long wsy in front for now They willingly or unwillingly got a defender they needed and we got sweet fa
Up the gooners We are arsenal till we die
I'm so sick of people telling those of us who are disgruntled fans
to relax and give this club time
to correct itself... for anyone who believes that
taking a wait - and - see approach is appropriate at this juncture they should
take a good long look at themselves in the mirror because they are a big part of the problem... no other «big» club's fans would stand for this shit for nearly as long as we have... think about it, we've witnessed a changing of the guard at every major club in England, Spain, France and Germany in the last several
years because those «big» clubs failed
to live
up to expectations (Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern, PSG, Chelsea, ManU, ManCity etc...)... for some reason, many fans have become as fragile as our current manager, believing that there couldn't possibly be a suitable replacement, even though everyone of these clubs have found multiple replacements and
still achieved far more than our club... this mindset has been created by an organization that has been milking it's fans, telling countless lies (no world class players available) and lowering expectations every since they rolled out the biggest lie of all: that we couldn't spend because of the new stadium but once it was paid off we could compete with any team in the world... this organization is rotting from the inside out and if we don't demand that those in charge put soccer first this despicable behaviour won't end with Wenger's ridiculous 2
year contract... I think the real fear isn't that a suitable replacement doesn't exist, but that this organization is so money hungry and poorly mismanaged that we will sink even lower by choosing our next coach the same way they choose our players, on the cheap... even so, we need
to see what mustache will do if left
to his own devices so he will have
to show his true colours... only then can we purge this club and start anew
Arsenal I really feel sorry for us.It's gonna
take a while for us
to win something with this mentality. The more I talk of Giroud the more angrier I get.But seriously after four
years are we
still talking of this guy.As I said it's part of life. Some make the cut some just don't make the cut.But hey you will always have people who refuse
to open their eyes
to the truth.Arsenal needs a savior somebody who can step
up and put it in there.Maybe the savior is hiding in our club bu he's not been unleashed yet or maybe he's out there so we have
to get him.Until then all I see in my eyes is average written over this guy.Maybe you see something special in his play but I don't.
Hes a jedi but i agree we need cazorla back or player like him or rosicky or song and coquin wasnt song who can
still play with the passing of the other players in the team xhaka is usually good on ball but so bad off of it hes been a bust so far we almost need the french connection again they have quality players we could use but honestly i think auba will be more effective on flank pnce we get laca back it
takes alot of strength
to play
up front in the premier league it
takes two
years to rebuild in pl at least bit we have had two rough
years and not nearly as rough as chelseas or man u or Liverpool or well this is as big as totteham will be before we make them drop down again and oh do nt forget man city either lets remember our history
I would definitely prefer
to give
up our pick next
year, plus Din if need be, than give
up LeVert, but I
still wouldn't
take CLV off the table if it gets us Gordon.
Tubby, you called it mate, we have the most fickle fans on the planet, last night doesn't mean all of a sudden were crap, what it does mean is certain players need
to take a long hard look at themselves as Arsene is
taking serious heat by showing his loyalty
to them namely, ozil and per, just not good enough and as for welbeck he should never been given an arsenal shirt, Giroud had a mare but he has proven this
year that he is a great squad player but can not be our first choice striker, gooners keep the faith and hope that Monaco try
to play ball in second leg cos if we turn
up we could
still hammer them.
While he's certainly
taken to life in China with eight assists and a goal in 17 appearances this season, the 26 -
year - old
still clearly misses what he gave
up.
Well your righ with met spend but in amount paid out for players no net were 5th but i agree our champions league performances have been poor we had some tough draws and the premier league is more demanding then the other leagues in strwnght of competition and games played
still excuses do nt win but that monaco loss left me shaking my head in cl we get theough the group but cant muster the strength needed for knockout and we should be performing better were under performing for the talent xhaka has frustrated me hes got the talent and plays well but cant hold focus in games he drops off and loses his marks our academy is doing well but yes it is tougher now
to break in
to the first team iwobi has done well but one or two seasons away from being there if he does turn himself elite ever has
to score or he will just be another ox but i think its been a wake
up call
to the club we finally have
to act theres a wave of ideas
to not only get us back
to winning ways but become title contenders and i think give him the extension one
year its a world cup
year and that will also allow our players esp strikers who been very poor this
year realized its tough
to play in englad and next
year will have a better idea what it really
takes to win here shore
up some spots and depth and were in contention fail and the changes will happen but let him have one more
year the fact were willing
to spend shows me an upturn from the decline
Walking out on a cup final early is poor saying the things after is poor we have had the most consistancy of any pl club for 20
years it goes bad we lose and we show no honor in defeat i never mentioned wenger i mentioned the lack of support in a cup final was sad and by walking out it showed we've been spoiled city did nt leave the semi early last
year when we beat em they did nt leave early wehen they lost in league one and i cant stand city im arsenal through and through we won a cup last
year and the
year before were in another cup final and tempemental fans leave early even though it
takes alot
to get
to a cup final maybe you need
to lose more
to lose respectable its hard it sucks but its a cup final bigger than the management our opinions for a day its about how you show you solidarity as a club win or lose every other club in england would of
taken our spot in a heartbeat if they could of and we lea e early that shows spoilage and it was embarrassing
to see we need
to be stronger as supporters newcastle does nt like ashley yet they
still show
up and when was the last time they won a cup?
Time for some brutal honesty... this team, as it stands, is in no better position
to compete next season than they were 12 months ago, minus the fact that some fans have been easily snowed by the acquisition of Lacazette, the free transfer LB and the release of Sanogo... if you look at the facts carefully you will see a team that
still has far more questions than answers...
to better show what I mean by this statement I will briefly discuss the current state of affairs on a position - by - position basis... in goal we have 4 potential candidates, but in reality we have only 1 option with any real future and somehow he's the only one we have actively tried
to get rid of for
years because he and his father were a little too involved on social media and he got caught smoking (funny how people
still defend Wiltshire under the same and far worse circumstances)... you would think we would want
to keep any goaltender that Juventus had interest in, as they seem
to have a pretty good history when it comes
to that position... as far as the defenders on our current roster there are only a few individuals whom have the skill and / or youth worthy of our time and / or investment, as such we should get rid of anyone who doesn't meet those simple requirements, which means we should get rid of DeBouchy, Gibbs, Gabriel, Mertz and loan out Chambers
to see if last seasons foray with Middlesborough was an anomaly or a prediction of things
to come... some fans have lamented wildly about the return of Mertz
to the starting lineup due
to his FA Cup performance but these sort of pie in the sky meanderings are indicative of what's wrong with this club and it's wishy - washy fan - base... in addition
to these moves the club should aggressively pursue the acquisition of dominant and mobile CB
to stabilize an all too fragile defensive group that has self - destructed on numerous occasions over the past 5 seasons... moving forward and building on our need
to re-establish our once dominant presence throughout the middle of the park we need
to target a CDM then do whatever it
takes to get that player into the fold without any of the usual nickel and diming we have become famous for (this kind of ruthless haggling has cost us numerous special players and certainly can't help make the player in question feel good about the way their future potential employer feels about them)... in order for us
to become dominant again we need
to be strong
up the middle again from Goalkeeper
to CB
to DM
to ACM
to striker, like we did in our most glorious
years before and during Wenger's reign... with this in mind, if we want Ozil
to be that dominant attacking midfielder we can't keep leaving him exposed
to constant ridicule about his lack of defensive prowess and provide him with the proper players in the final third... he was never a good defensive player in Real or with the German National squad and they certainly didn't suffer as a result of his presence on the pitch... as for the rest of the midfield the blame falls squarely in the hands of Wenger and Gazidis, the fact that Ramsey, Ox, Sanchez and even Ozil were allowed
to regularly start when none of the aforementioned had more than a
year left under contract is criminal for a club of this size and financial might... the fact that we could find money for Walcott and Xhaka, who weren't even guaranteed starters, means that our whole business model needs a complete overhaul... for me it's time
to get rid of some serious deadweight, even if it means selling them below what you believe their market value is just
to simply right this ship and change the stagnant culture that currently exists... this means saying goodbye
to Wiltshire, Elneny, Carzola, Walcott and Ramsey... everyone, minus Elneny, have spent just as much time on the training table as on the field of play, which would be manageable if they weren't so inconsistent from a performance standpoint (excluding Carzola, who is like the recent version of Rosicky — too bad, both will be deeply missed)... in their places we need
to bring in some proven performers with no history of injuries...
up front, although I do like the possibilities that a player like Lacazette presents, the fact that we had
to wait so many
years to acquire some true quality at the striker position falls once again squarely at the feet of Wenger... this issue highlights the ultimate scam being perpetrated by this club since the arrival of Kroenke: pretend your a small market club when it comes
to making purchases but milk your fans like a big market club when it comes
to ticket prices and merchandising... I believe the reason why Wenger hasn't pursued someone of Henry's quality, minus a fairly inexpensive RVP, was that he knew that they would demand players of a similar ilk
to be brought on board and that wasn't possible when the business model was that of a «selling» club... does it really make sense that we could only make a cheeky bid for Suarez, or that we couldn't get Higuain over the line when he was being offered
up for half the price he eventually went
to Juve for, or that we've only paid any interest
to strikers who were clearly not going
to press their current teams
to let them go
to Arsenal like Benzema or Cavani... just part of the facade that finally came crashing down when Sanchez finally called their bluff... the fact remains that no one wants
to win more than Sanchez, including Wenger, and although I don't agree with everything that he has done off the field, I would much rather have Alexis front and center than a manager who has clearly bought into the Kroenke model in large part due
to the fact that his enormous ego suggests that only he could accomplish great things without breaking the bank... unfortunately that isn't possible anymore as the game has changed quite dramatically in the last 15
years, which has left a largely complacent and complicit Wenger on the outside looking in... so don't blame those players who demanded more and were left wanting... don't blame those fans who have tried desperately
to raise awareness for several
years when cracks began
to appear... place the blame at the feet of those who were well aware all along of the potential pitfalls of just such a plan but continued
to follow it even when it was no longer a financial necessity, like it ever really was...
But after all the
years it had
taken Coquelin
to show this strength and with some parts of his game, namely his passing ability,
still lacking, the articles I wrote about his brilliant stats putting him right
up there with the best in the Premier League were often dimissed.
i don't think now is time
to take chances, i hear Man - U will spend 350 million pounds in the next two
years Chelsea who is already a full squad and
still toying with the idea of buying Messi, City will sell few deadwood and buy big and we are thinking of signing 38
year old striker, i love TH but come on guys we are suppose
to be fighting back
to greatness and catch
up to Europe's elite, Man - U is linked wit every player we the Arsenal supporters are asking for and guess who will buy them.
There are
still big doubts in my mind about next season being any better or even any different if the Frenchman stays in charge, because we have had
to suffer the same old story of unfulfilled promise time and time again, with certain questions coming
up year in and
year out, but three things recently have at least given some hope that Arsenal could be
taken forward by the current boss.
I
still think NY was in the drivers seat with Melo I don't think this was necessarily Melo picking OKC over PDX I think NY management saw our offer of ex-scrap heap players and felt the OKC offer was better Maybe Noah injury played a role I think NO would not offer
up what NYC deemed
to be better then the OKC trade I do think Kantor and McDermott are better then Meyers, Harkless, Noah, etc... So without one of our draftees from this
year or a high draft pick NY
took the best offer I trust that NO is a good judge of talent and felt giving
up anything more then what he offered was not worth an aging but talented Melo
We can not ask the fans
to boycott the games because they won't have the «balls»
to step
up, if is clear... Arsenal fans have been
taken for a drive and for mugs for
years, bug
still we have record sell in shirts and people are
still coming in mass
to the Emirates (
to watch that shite) despite constant increase prices... If you ask me, why would Wengef and the board change their attitude and objectives.
The Gunners need
to keep
up our form for that reason but also
to go into the FA cup final firing on all cylinders so this is no time for us
to take our foot off the gas, while Alexis Sanchez
still has a good chance of winning the PFA Player of the
Year award if he keeps playing well and scoring.
So even if this
year's draft ends
up as top - heavy as it seems, it will
still be worthwhile as ever
to take big swings late in the first round, quality of the draft aside.
Aging quickly, Ashley Williams looked a dead man walking under Koeman but under Allardyce his lack of mobility isn't exposed, albeit he
still finds himself going into challenges second, while his usual partner Mason Holgate is strong and aggressive although
still very raw at 21
years old — a good front - foot defender but with a tendency
to go in for a challenge regardless of whether it's the right choice or not, often seeming in two minds into what position he should
take up.
