player to rush the quarterback opposite Clay Matthews.
Off Topic: I really think our British core is proving to be a failed experiment.Walcott is a
player who has pace but is one of the least technically gifted fowards I have ever seen.Ramsey is just average and was over hyped after his breakout season.Jack wheelchair is too injury prone, Chambers has proved to be a flop (though he has time) Ox has not improved for 5 years.Kieran Gibbs is not too bad off but is
still not good enough.None of these
players can even make the starting XI of England (except Rambo since he's welsh) IMO we have to get rid of this English core and maybe invest in better
talent

Maybe Elneny will not disappoint us in the same way is how I think now, Ramsey is the man who has to change it by performing when he gets the chance, like all Arsenal
players I
still want him to do well but we can't keep being a charity to

talent but develop an attitude of not putting in 110 %
It seems like people think spotting
talent is easy.In fact when it comes to Wenger it's almost as if spotting
talent is his
talent. He can bring in a young
player who looks so average to everyone but with time the
player seems to develop into a star. It's just that not everything is meant to be.I can also say that if Wenger had signed certain
players he wouldn't have been looking at a young Kante and Lemar.I
still expect an unknown young
player who has the potential to be one of the very very best in the world to be signed before he leaves.
I join you on that almostawinner... but the same can be said of that famous english core that we extended / signed a couple of years back... Ramsey is a great
player, can be world class but for that has to stop being so wasteful at times (bad / heavy first touch, killing counter attacks with the wrong choices, not shooting well anymore the way it looks, giving the ball away)... your not on Gerrard level at his best Gibbs is a good
player but seems happy with his bit part role, doesn't look like he's crazy about pushing & challenging Montreal for a XI spot Ox, I
still believe in his
talent but just no end product for an offensive

3) Rabiot: for this to even happen verratti has to stay at PSG and they would
still need to be silly enough to go for another CM, but it's PSG you never know in the transfer market they are like a kid in a candy store.this is the only way we could lure him with a guaranteed starting position, he will be WC soon he's got it all height, passing ability, strength, I got to say France are spoiled in mid, what a
talent pool they have so with WC on the way the young
players would need an opportunity to shine, we were interested in him a few years back so we never know.

players and will likely never be sold yet for all his supposed promise he
still does not deliver the good that a 150 Grand a week
player should, Danny Wellbeck has got us out of trouble on several occations but again his inate scoring
talent is severely lacking and its telling that he was bought in without Wengers beady eye being on the deal and was offloaded by a club who should he have had any real promise would have charged us a far greater sum or point blank refused to sell him.

When Samuel commented on why it was wrong to sell Lucas Perez you brought up stats between Walcott and Perez and in that you proved using the stats why Walcott is better. If Wenger didn't have blond love for some of his
players then why did he keep benching Perez when he was performing yet the average guys always got a look in the squad. So if there are stats which prove Walcott is better aren't there stats which also prove Perez is better?Think about that. You also said Perez is not as good as some of us make out.The funny thing is yesterday we had an argument on Giroud and I also tried to imply that Giroud is not as good as we make out and you opposed. You always kept bringing stats up to defend him.Do you know if Bendtner or Chamakh had scored 25 goals for Arsenal in any season they'd
still have been regarded as average. You know why?Because quality has nothing to do with stats and is just a kind pf
talent or state. It seems to me that you think you know it all.You also denied the fact that Wenger likes French
players and that if Perez was French he wouldn't have been out in one season stating other
players as examples. It seems to me that you deny things which are clear for everyone to see.If you think you know better than everyone go and teach Wenger how to win the trophy this season.
Bendtner or Chamakh would
still have been considered average even if they scored 25goals because they had average
talent. For all the potential Bendtner had he never maximised it so as long asit wasn't developed he's
still average.I mean it's possoble for an average
player to score 25 goals when given the chances and possible for a world class striker to score less than that.Quality is a
talent which may be linked to stats but does not necessarily show on stats.Take Ox for example, if you looked at his stats you might think he's average but he's not.Look at Lukaku, he's scored many goals for Everton yetmany people here think he's not gpod enough for Arsenal because they look at the quality and
talent andnot just the goals.

talent xhaka has frustrated me hes got the
talent and plays well but cant hold focus in games he drops off and loses his marks our academy is doing well but yes it is tougher now to break in to the first team iwobi has done well but one or two seasons away from being there if he does turn himself elite ever has to score or he will just be another ox but i think its been a wake up call to the club we finally have to act theres a wave of ideas to not only get us back to winning ways but become title contenders and i think give him the extension one year its a world cup year and that will also allow our
players esp strikers who been very poor this year realized its tough to play in englad and next year will have a better idea what it really takes to win here shore up some spots and depth and were in contention fail and the changes will happen but let him have one more year the fact were willing to spend shows me an upturn from the decline

still be tied up in Champions league competition, and i do not see any major departures, we actually have a large squad, made up with some young

I
still think NY was in the drivers seat with Melo I don't think this was necessarily Melo picking OKC over PDX I think NY management saw our offer of ex-scrap heap
players and felt the OKC offer was better Maybe Noah injury played a role I think NO would not offer up what NYC deemed to be better then the OKC trade I do think Kantor and McDermott are better then Meyers, Harkless, Noah, etc... So without one of our draftees from this year or a high draft pick NY took the best offer I trust that NO is a good judge of
talent and felt giving up anything more then what he offered was not worth an aging but talented Melo
Although it will be incredibly difficult to ever match his contributions on the pitch, it's vitally important for a former club legend, like Henry, to publicly address his concerns regarding the direction of this club... regardless of those who
still feel that Henry has some sort of agenda due to the backlash he received following earlier comments he made on air regarding Arsenal, he has an intimate understanding of the game, he knows the fans are being hosed and he feels some sense of obligation, both professionally and personally, to tell it like he sees it... much like I've continually expressed over the last couple months, this team isn't evolving under this current ownership / management team... instead we are currently experiencing a «stagnant» phase in our club's storied history... a fact that can't be hidden by simply changing the formation or bringing in one or two individuals... this team needs fundamental change in the way it conducts business both on and off the pitch or it will continue to slowly devolve into a second tier club... regardless of the euphoria surrounding our escape act on Friday evening, as it stands, this club is more likely to be fighting for a Europa League spot for the foreseeable future than a top 4 finish... we can't hope for the failures of others to secure our place in the top 4, we need to be the manufacturers of our own success by doing whatever is necessary to evolve as an organization... if Wenger, Gazidis and Kroenke can't take the necessary steps following the debacle they manufactured last season, their removal is imperative for our future success... unfortunately, I strongly believe that either they don't know how to proceed in the present economic climate or they are unwilling to do whatever it takes to turn this ship around... just look at the current state of our squad, none of our world class
players are under contract beyond this season, we have a ridiculous wage bill considering the results, we can't sell our deadwood because we've mismanaged our personnel decisions and contractual obligations, we haven't properly cultivated our younger
talent and we might have become one of the worst clubs ever when it comes to way we handle our transfer business, which under Dein was one of our greatest assets... it's time to get things right!!!
Exactly my point. It's just that some are unknown and haven't yet been given the chance.Everyday we hear potential potential potential.Ousmanele Dembele is good but is not what we need. There are
still many
talents out there waiting to be signed. We are not getting what we need at all but what we want.I wish I could say the Lemar deal was off but it's on and will be done.We need a
player in the centre who can defend excellently and attack excellently as well.I had hoped Wenger went all out for Renato Sanches who I feel would be perfect for us despite Carlo not wanting him to leave.
