Iodine's helpful but we don't wan na go too high and if you are
autoimmune currently active, we wan na be careful at boosting it up, you know, outside of 500mcg because we don't wan na
stimulate more
autoimmune reaction.
This is especially important with
autoimmune disease because you want to calm down any immune
reaction in the gut, and eating foods you react to
stimulates the immune system.
