Add chicken base (a highly concentrated chicken
stock which is found near chicken bouillon
cubes and other soups in your grocery store), thyme, oregano, green onions and shrimp.
I then deglazed the pan and added all those yummy juices to the soup,
which also means you don't need to use any
stock powder or
cubes here as it's pretty packed with flavour all on it's own!

cubes / packaged veggie
stock, I used umami - rich white miso paste to season the soup —

My organic co-op (where I get my seasonal box of vegies from) has just started
stocking golden castor sugar, black - strap molasses, rapunzel
stock cubes, organic mustards, and various of your other favoured ingredients, usually very hard to find here,
which makes me think there's been quite a few requests for them from other Melbourne (aus) 101 readers!
I usually just make it with vegetable
stock cubes but lately have been using my gut - healing vegetable broth
which is not only more nutritional but adds a wonderful flavour.

which are loaded with MSG;
stock sold in aseptic high - temperature boxes; bouillon
cubes.
