The titular supervillain in Age of Ultron also
stole Vibranium in order to make a massive drill that would crack the Earth down the middle.
Klaue
stole the Vibranium from Wakanda and claims to be the only man to have invaded Wakanda, escaped, and lived to tell the tale.
The undercover trio of Nakia, T'Challa, and Okoye travel to South Korea to get their hands on Ulysses Klaue (who had been introduced to us in an earlier sequence, along with Killmonger, as
they stole a vibranium - based artifact from a museum).
But there are problems in Wakanda, not all stemming from the film's few white characters: CIA man Everett Ross (Martin Freeman) blunders into Wakandan power politics, and white South African career criminal Ulysses Klaue (Andy Serkis) plots to
steal their vibranium.
He plans to
steal the vibranium in order to use it to foment unrest everywhere.
He partners with arms dealer Ulysses Klaue (Andy Serkis, «Star Wars: The Last Jedi») to
steal vibranium - a rare and highly - coveted metal - from Wakanda to create powerful weapons.
When T'Challa goes to Korea to recapture
some stolen vibranium, he enters a casino dressed in a tuxedo, like 007.
T'Chaka's nephew and T'Challa's first cousin, Killmonger stormed the nation's borders with the corpse of Ulysses Klaue (Andy Serkis), enemy number one to Wakanda for
stealing Vibranium decades ago.
However, when T'Chaka kills N'Jobu for betraying Wakanda by helping Ulysses Klaue (Andy Serkis)
steal vibranium from the country, the King leaves a young Erik to fend for himself in Oakland, California.
A Wakandan by birth, he has teamed up with Ulysses Klaue (Andy Serkis) to
steal a vibranium artifact from a British museum — but he has his eyes set on a bigger prize than some ancient pickaxe.
Act one ends with life as usual for Wakanda, but not before it's disrupted by the re-appearance of an old Wakanda foe, who has been on the run after
stealing Vibranium, named Ulysses Klaue.
But Wakanda is threatened when Ulysses Klaue (Andy Serkis) comes back into the picture after having been the only one to have
stolen vibranium thirty years prior.
While N'Jobu did betray his Wakandan homeland by helping provide information its enemies needed to help
steal vibranium, in his mind, the actions were justified.
We also get to watch Black Panther snagging
some stolen vibranium before pulling up to a world leadership conference, giving us a preview of the costumes and props from the film.
Not exact matches
Above all, this is a superbly acted movie,
stolen without remorse by Letitia Wright's work as Shuri, T'Challa's whip - smart sister, who outfits him with all of his
vibranium - enhanced tech.
When T'Challa gives his word to childhood friend and head of another tribe, W'Kabi, (Daniel Kaluuya) that he will bring Ulysses Klaue (Andy Serkis) back to Wakanda to face justice for
stealing a small amount of
Vibranium and selling it to outsiders, he faces the first challenge that he fails.
He must also deal with Klaue (Andy Serkis), who
stole a supply of Wakanda's valuable, powerful metal
vibranium and killed many in his wake.
At its heart, Black Panther has a fairly standard comic book sort of story: baddie Ulysses Klaue (a rare live - action Andy Serkis: Star Wars: The Last Jedi, War for the Planet of the Apes), one of the few outsiders who knows the secrets of Wakanda, and who had
stolen a small quantity of
vibranium decades ago, is up to no good again, with a scary dude nicknamed Killmonger (Michael B. Jordan: Fantastic Four, and both of Coogler's previous films) at his side; they must be stopped by T'Challa, Nakia, and the absolute force of nature General Okoye (Danai Gurira), with an assist from CIA agent Everett K. Ross (Martin Freeman: The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies, Sherlock).
However, no sooner is T'Challa named King than the country's old enemy, Ulysses Klaue (Andy Serkis), emerges from the shadows, breaks into a British museum, and
steals a rare Wakandan artifact made of
Vibranium: the strongest metal on earth and the precious mineral that holds the key to Wakanda's many secrets - from the country's advanced technology to Black Panther's impenetrable armor and the rare herb that provides him with his superhuman abilities.
Soon after T'Challa is crowned king in an exciting ceremony in which he's nearly killed (I'll say no more), he sets off for South Korea to take down a cackling madman arms merchant named Ulysses Klaue (motion capture king Andy Serkis, who is great in this «full - bodied» role), who has
stolen an ancient Wakandan weapon made of the precious and all - powerful
vibranium.
Plus, there is Ulysses Klaue (Andy Serkis), a longtime enemy of Wakanda ever since he
stole several tons of
vibranium several years ago and caused the death of W'Kabi's (Daniel Kaluuya) father, a tribal leader.
During the events of the 5 - issue Doomwar comics, Doctor Doom managed to
steal all of the
Vibranium from Wakanda.
But if you want to know the full history of Wakanda in the Marvel movies, here it is in a nutshell: precious Wakandan metal called

Vibranium guns is conceivably depraved, it's rooted within the pursuit of justice.
When an old and dangerous adversary appears on Wakanda's radar — carrying a
stolen cache of
vibranium, the fictional metal that is the source of the nation's wealth — the new monarch springs into action, hoping to bring him to justice while securing Wakanda's future and continued secrecy.
Killmonger's there to
steal a Wakandan artifact, which unbeknownst to everyone else, is made up of
vibranium, the alien metal that powers Captain America's shield, Black Panther's suit, and Wakanda's futuristic technology.
The only outsider to penetrate Wakanda and
steal its precious metal, Klaue now sports a
vibranium - powered super-prosthetic arm.
Namely, there's the arms dealer Ulysses Klaue (Andy Serkis), who
stole a portion of the nation's
vibranium, an indestructible metal that's Wakanda's most precious material resource.
One piece of
vibranium that made it out of Wakanda — and is
stolen from a British museum — is the movie's MacGuffin, yielding a snappy fight and chase in South Korea between the
vibranium thieves and T'Challa / Black Panther's crew, led by the pike - wielding warrior Okoye (Danai Gurira).
Two villains that you should have no trouble guessing, have decided to team up and
steal the only element worth
stealing;
Vibranium.
In the original storyline of Marvel Battlegrounds, Ultron teams up with Loki in an effort to
steal Wakanda's most valuable resource,
Vibranium.
