It's difficult to blame Ozil for the difficulties he's faced
at Arsenal without looking
at the big picture... like the fans, he too was lied to by Wenger... there is no doubt in my mind that he was told by Wenger that he was trying desperately to recreate our earlier success by acquiring players that fit the system he ran when Henry was in his prime... as we know this hasn't happened... in order for Ozl to flourish he needs some speed up front, forwards that can make intelligent runs, a boss in the midfield to compensate for his obvious defensive liabilities and defenders who can transition from defence to offence quickly and efficiently... much like he had in Real and with the German National squad... unfortunately he ended up on a squad that has a striker who plays with his back to goal, very
few intelligent runs into the box, minus Sanchez, no one to take pressure off him in the midfield, once Cazorla was injured, average defensive midfielders around him, which simply highlighted his lacking defensive qualities and defenders who lack the necessary cutting edge when it comes to transitional passing... instead
of blaming Ozil, which is simply too easy, especially considering his mopey disposition, we should be asking ownership and / or Wenger why they brought him in if they didn't intend on doing what was necessary to get the best from him... can you imagine Ozil playing with the likes
of Henry, Viera, Petit and Pires, it would be incredibly to watch and even more difficult to
stop... so the only thing different between his experiences in Real and with the German team versus his time
at Arsenal are the players around him and we all know who is in charge
of making those decisions, the Grinch who stole soccer
All drivers swear that they will

here was what i read on manure forum» That first 20/30 minutes from Arsenal is the best football I've seen in the Premiership since Liverpool a
few seasons ago.Fast, incisive, deliberate, and every single pass was absolutelyinch perfect.Whatever 11 we fielded, we would have struggled to keep upwith them I feel... but I think having a solid midfield (3 in there instead
of 2 — which shouldbe par for the course away
at the Emirates) would have
stopped the wave a little bit.»
Are some
of you on here missing a
few brain cells as fans There is nothing Arsenal or Wenger can do with the Sanchez situation He wants to leave and has been offered 400k a week in wages who in their right mind is going to turn that down as a player As for blaming wenger who has been our most successful manager helped us build a stadium gave us 20 years
of cl football and some
of the best teams the ol has seen Including the invincible and you all have the Gaul to trash the man as if he has done nothing for the club I suggest you should look
at the plastic fans in the Arsenal blogs that have created a toxic atmosphere
at the club They attack their own players in a daily basis why would any top player come to s club where the manager the owners and players are shamelessly attached constantly Yet Wenger wins trophies regularly even them that is derided Look
at Spurs Liverpool they win fuk all every year yet their fans back then Look
at yourselves and all the negativity that you have created striking the club before you blame Wenger for everything I have been a season ticket holder since the 70s and never have I seen our fanbase been so full
of entitled morons who have
stopped backing the club and constantly deride the club snd attack it We have the worst fanbase in football you have made this great club a lagging stock in world football All you now us fans constantly moaning If you don't like Arsenal fc then buy out kronke and run the club or fuk off and support someone else You won't be missed Coyg
this window has just finished i am already thinking about who we will get for the january window we might try for khedira on a really low offer as he is free agent almost would help boost numbers in midfield in the new year as we will no doubt need to filling the numbers about then also i will hold my hands up and say i was wrong this morning for giving wenger stick and saying welbeck is rubbish i have been out in the cold light
of day and had a chance to reevaluate the situation and realized that this could be a canny shrew transfer on wenger behalf actually if wenger can turn the clock back and work his magic on welbeck and get him scoring goals and improve his game then we could have a great underrated signing on our hands its wengers absolute trust in him that might be what makes him a great player as this is something that he never had
at old mordor if anybody can make him a world beater wenger can he loves this little pet projects improving players against the odds welbeck has the skillset to be high class player upfornt he just needs to work very hard on his finishing i think once he gets a
few goals under his belt he will settle in fine and he is a team player you could put him on the left against man city to shore up that side and he will put in a great shift without a complaint that could be his biggest asset to us or on the right whenever we need him there ithinkwenger might start himon the left against city to protect the left back against navas and i bet you if he does a great job we will take a shine to him quickly i am hopeing he will be one
of those wenger gems that he finds and polishes up to a high finish i must admit i was annoyed as some other gunners were
at not signing d / m and c / h but if wenger does win the league with this lot it will be his greatest win yet and what might play in to our hands is the unpredictable nature
of the league in the last
few seasons if we get on a good run
at the right time we might be hard to
stop look
at city they should have never lost to stoke but the result is there in black and white for all to see and i think chelsea will hit the skids after a while to just because cesc and costa are doing well now thats there main threat but teams will work out how to
stop them as the season goes on and chelsea will become predictable i think we might just do well this season after all
Oh please just
stop it for a
few days
at least!!!! — Wenger — «in the market to strengthen with experience
at the back,» «last season we didn't score enough goals,» — Wenger — literally pulled his most ridiculous
of smiles to date when asked about Mahrez a
few days ago!!
not sure if we all watch the same game but to me it was more BORUSSIA settling with the score that us having the game
of a lifetime, quite frankly
at times we were pretty disorganized, Per as usual gave it away a
few times, Sanchez was having a bad game till he scored, OX also gave it away more than
few times, RAMBO well the poor man he just can not find himself, Martinez one good
stop was not challenged much....
For too long, we have been complacent, this team is only beginning to learn to fight non
stop thanks to Alexis especially, he was mad
at Giroud celebrating that equalizer instead
of going for the kill, he was mad
at Ramsey for being always to careless with the ball, some
of us called it petulant behavior, some
of us disagreed and called it an unrelenting appetite for the game, in the end Ramsey is becoming less complacent, we are learning to get on with the game until we secure a result, I can't imagine Sanchez would have joined in celebrating that infamous fourth place a
few years back.
We as the Arsenal need to do our part in becoming a place where the highest dreams
of players are realized, even if we don't always win trophies, we need to
at least always have a «Genuine» fighting chance, Real Madrid went a number
of seasons chasing La Decima, spent loads
of cash, played second fiddle to Barca for a
few seasons even but still players still dreamed
of playing for them in that period, we as fans need to grow up too and
stop bitching and whining especially about our players, we create a toxic atmosphere for these guys when we do so and it doesn't help nobody, little wonder our players perform better away than they do
at home.
He made a huge mistake vs Roma, perhaps he has learnt and hence the rotation, you can still say he priorities a smaller trophy to the cl, I mean we all heard shit about this squad,
few believed in a cl title but he proved otherwise only to kill our hopes with stubbornness,
at least he made many remember who we have and what can be done, so
stop the hate and complaints, the board is not pleased with our football either but they know who they signed, let them sign better players next season and see if ev can be stubborn, soon he will be forced to use dembele more, the pressure from the board will come, for now it is what it is and if he starts paulinho and gomes he simply used 2/3
of his options for the double pivot role (we all know we can not play 433, it's madness) let us
stop complaining and exercise patience.

Tired
of the unappreciative arsenal fans being negative about wenger here we have a club legend one that your luckily alive to witness in your lifetime and man who actually loves the club with heart on sleeve remember the growth the consistency the beauty in our football style and being awed
at by clubs around the about the joy
of watching an arsenal wenger side play yea soon enough he will be gone hes 68 and uh oh there gos the guy who constantly over the years beat spurs made champions league the invincibles put your belief in the team and him relish what we have and in his tenure we get to be one
of the
few who get to worry oh maybe we wont finish this year but wait will be top five and probably win a cup or make to or near the final for 21 22 years straight phew wow that could be
of been worse had me there for a moment thats all i had to worry about as a fan glad im witnessing a club legend real cub passion not a paid fake smile who will go to another club maybe a rival jose mourinho so
stop being a silly nanny negative easy to be worse and it will be after he leaves will go up and down for a bit
Given that his age hasn't
stopped him from fighting for wins and championships over the last
few years, you'd imagine he'll continue to fight up
at the sharp end right until the end
of 2020.
How about most on here have never seen their club ever finish outside top 4 in their lifetime
stop talking like were the worst club in the world with no hope
of moving forward we our only a
few pieces
of the jigsaw to be a great team again but it don't happen overnight weve only had 2 years
of beign able to really compete financially and with all our players leaving beforehand it will take time to build a team
of wc players again we are now able to start building a proper team is what I'm trying to get
at and it won't happen overnight Coyg

He just needs a chance the same as Burke, he has an instinct for scoring goals and not many have that, he will never be a great passer or header or tackler but very
few have that nack
of being in the right place ie Lineker or Greaves don't laugh I know he is a long way from there standard but they had to start
at the bottom to, if you watch him he never panics in front
of goal he hits the target and forces the keeper to make saves, He needs to sharpen up his pace owner 2 yards and practice his shooting and practice his timing
of runs to
stop off sides.
