One of the main battles in overcoming overeating is to
stop thinking of some foods as «good» and others as «bad.»
I think however it might be better in the long term to
stop thinking of those foods as subs for the «real stuff» and just enjoy them for what they are.

I am sure that I have a blood sugar and hormone imbalance

think it's great that you mentioned the budgeting aspect because I
think that's something that people that either first time adopting an animal or even if they've adopted before and they're just getting a second or a third they don't really
