stopped listening to just the media for information, but their favorite influencers as well.
As a
consumer myself, I'd much prefer
to do business with a confident, competent, quiet spoken and trustworthy sales rep who can maybe count a few dozen transactions
to their credit than one who doesn't know how
to stop boasting
to listen.
The best defence is
to start
listening to the demands of
consumers, provide an exceptionally high level of service and
stop acting like used car salemen and become the professional consultants we should have always been.
