While I
stopped having sugar
cravings (and boy was I having those after the holidays), I started having some serious
carb cravings towards the end of the month (and wasn't feeling my best).
When I started eating
carbs again, I found I
stopped craving sugar, and I felt more grounded.
Whenever I
stop eating
carbs, I need to re-examine what I mean by «fullness,» why I
crave it, and what I need to do to replace it.
This means you can start to change your life... get thinner, stronger, healthier and sexier — because you will fill your plate with amazing foods that are already packed with exactly the right combination of proteins,
carbs and healthy fats that boost your energy, burn fat, kill
cravings and
stop over eating.
Before I went gluten free, I used to
crave carbs like nobody's business, but that subsided when I
stopped gluten.
I have been doing a low
carb diet as well but recently started have some
cravings for
carbs — and the GABA just entirely
stopped that too.

if you eat sugar or
carbs to feel happy (and especially from late afternoon onwards) then your sugar
cravings are likely due to low serotonin, and tryptophan

cravings and boosts mood and reduces anxiety
Clean your cupboards and spend a couple of weeks avoiding sugar, fat, and empty
carbs to help you
stop the cycle of
cravings.
Plus the large amount of starchy
carbs you ingest (insulin spiking starchy
carbs too) triggers
cravings for more carbohydrates later... Personally, I can tell you that when my meals are mostly meat and vegetables, I'm satisfied fairly quickly and don't need to go back for seconds... but if I try to eat a plate of pasta, I just can't seem to
stop coming back for seconds and thirds and even fourths!
If you are determined to detoxify, put a
stop to food addiction, and curb sugar and
carb cravings, give infused water a try.
How do I
stop craving carbs like bread and potatoes?
I'm doing a ketogenic diet (4 weeks in), and while I actually like it (I've needed to
stop the
carbs / sugars for a long time), I get the weirdest
craving for — get this — Macadamia nuts -LRB-!)

Should I just titrate up the
carbs to where I
stop losing, but
stop if
cravings / hunger increases and then increasee fat?
