I couldn't find canned

store that didn't have guar gum in it and there's no Trader Joe's around here so I went online and bought some of the Trader Joes

coconut milk is very popular in a lot of Asian dishes, as well as the natural / organic aisles of your grocery
store.

store, or even a health food

store in bulk so I'm not sure of the
brand but it's the one I've been using for a few years, my sister uses the McCormick though I believe when she makes
coconut syrup and that one is good.
